With proper handling, wild hog is extremely tasty and not at all gamey regardless of size or gender. Just remember; They must be alive, not dead! Cearbhall Home Slaughter does not do any dead animals simply because we can't guarantee the quality of meat from an animal that has been dead an unknown length of time from unknown causes.

Never eat an animal that has died of illness, unkown reasons, or at an unknown time! Only eat animals that you have deliberately killed for eating.
