Cearbhall Equilibrium Cure Kit

All you need, to create your own cured meat right in your own home! This kit mixes with 1 gallon of water. Submerge your meat for 2 weeks under refrigeration. Rinse thoroughly before proceeding to your cook method of choice. 

*Tip; if your meat will not stay under the surface, fill a ziplock with water and set that on top to help hold it under. 

*Tip; larger pieces of meat may need injected with cure solution to ensure thorough penetration.

Create your own bacon, ham, and cured beef! 

This is a base. It works well all on it's own, but don't be afraid to add your own seasoning flair! Maple, apple, garlic, clove, follow your imagination!
