All you need, to create your own cured meat right in your own home! This kit mixes with 1 gallon of water. Submerge your meat for 2 weeks under refrigeration. Rinse thoroughly before proceeding to your cook method of choice.
*Tip; if your meat will not stay under the surface, fill a ziplock with water and set that on top to help hold it under.
*Tip; larger pieces of meat may need injected with cure solution to ensure thorough penetration.
